Temple Trust REPORT
OVERSEAS TOURS RETURN
Riots in Athens and a fire in the hotel at London (was Michael Harper trying to get his own back for the fire in his college during the National Charismatic Conference in Melbourne?!) were some unexpected additions to the exciting tours in which over 50 people participated this year.
The Rev. Allan Alcock and his wife Kay hosted the Sydney-London portions and Mr. Ted Jones and the Rev. Alan Langstaff the Los Angeles-Sydney portion.
Highlights of the tours, besides the unexpected ones mentioned above (incidentally no one was hurt and no damage was incurred) included a visit to the Holy Land, a truly wonderful day with the Mary Sisters at Darmstadt, Germany and a day in the beautiful Yosemite National Park, California. Then, too, there were two great conferences - The Fountain Trust Third International Conference at Westminster, London, England and the Melodyland Christian Centre Charismatic Clinic, Anaheim, U.S.A. (see photos
Above all, there was the wonderful fellowship experienced by people who started off as strangers and ended up as brothers and sisters, and the ever present hand of God working in people's lives the various purposes he had planned for such a journey.
Yes — more tours are being planned for 1976!!
