Pastor Donald Gee writes:-"Just a line, by favor of the editor
of the 'Australian Evangel,' to let you all know that I arrived
safely home again in Edinburgh just one week before Christmas.
You can imagine our joy in the home, and our thankfulness to our
Heavenly Father for happily uniting TIS again after my long journey
of 30,000 miles.
'' The Edinburgh Assembly also gave me a wonderful welcome back
again. I rejoiced to find the work in a very healthy condition
under the ministry of Mr. E. T. Mellor, and now I am busy getting
to know all the new members who have come in during my absence.
We are often now so crowded out that we are taking steps at once
for the enlargement of our hall, trusting JG.od to make it possible.
"I had six wonderful weeks in New Zealand, and then crossed
the Pacific to California, meeting OUT dear Pentecostal
Missionaries at Fiji and Honolulu for a few hours on the way.
Pastor Kelso Glover met me at Los Angeles, and what a time we
had together talking about all the friends and the work in Australia!
The Lord knit onr hearts together in heavenly love. Following
that I went on to the Central Bible Institute of the Assemblies
of God at Springfield, and had some inspiring times lecturing
to the 125 students there every day. Fellowship with Bros. Gaston,
Stanley Frodsham, and the other leaders there was most satisfying.
They are doing a grand work for God, and for 'Pentecost.'
"After Springfield I was able to have one night at the Stone
Church, Chicago; then on to Battle Creek, Mich., and St. Thomas',
and London, Canada. I finished up in New York with a delightful
meeting of 1500 at Pastor Robert Brown's Assembly, where they
seem to have a continuous revival.
"The Pentecostal Churches in the sunny land of Australia
still have, and will always have, by the grace of God, a warm
place in my heart as I recall the happy months Avhen I was privileged
to minister among them. I rejoice at news to hand of how the Lord
is continuing to bless in every place. Hallelujah! My love in
Christ Jesus goes out to you all."
