Close-Ups with the Assemblies: Bundaberg, Q.
L. Barnes
[11] Bundaberg, Q. (Pastor L. Barnes).-Greetings in the precious Name of our Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus. We return thanks to the Lord for His grace and blessings toward us.
Since our last report, we have had times of great blessing and fellowship here. Brother and Sister W. Enticknap journeyed from Maryborough to be with us for two meetings, which were a great up-lift to all. We were also privileged to have Brother and Sister Smith, from Japan, with us. It was marvellous to know what God is doing in other countries, and we pray that He will continue to bless them as they carry on with the good work. Last week we had the fellowship of our President, Pastor C. Enticknap, for a period of ten days. The campaign opened on Friday night and lasted till Sunday. It proved a time of great blessing and rejoicing to the Saints. The Sunday Gospel meeting was well attended-the tent being full, with many strangers present. During the campaign many of the Saints came out more fully for the Lord and signified their willingness to surrender all for Him. Praise His name. The messages were uplifting and a source of blessing to all. At present we are holding a tent mission at South Bundaberg. Please pray that 'God will move in this city.
May the Lord's richest blessing be on all His Saints.
