COMMONWEALTH COMMENTS
• TOWNSVILLE, N.Q. Pastor B. Finch, having resigned from this Assembly, Pastor A. Garratt is to take over the pastorate.
• BRAYVILLE, S.A. have their Church building nearing completion and will be moving into a new suburb. The Assembly in future will be known as the Mitchell Park Assembly of God, Parkwood Grove (opposite the shopping centre). Particulars will be found in the Assembly list.
• THANKS. Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Lumsden of Zillmere wish to thank the Lord and the persons responsible for making it possible for their four children to attend the Burleigh Children's Camp this year. They were friends in need indeed!
• PASTOR LLOYD HUF, late of N.Z., has taken over the Assembly at Morley Park, West Australia. His personal address is 34 McGregor Street, Embleton, W.A.
• C.B.C. MARRIAGES. The following have been recently married and were practically all graduates:
• David Buse to Lorna Grimshaw, both of Zillmere. David's brother, Pastor F. Buse, officiated, and the newly weds are to assist in the ministry at Mitchell Park, S.A.
• Alistair Furey of New Zealand, to Kathleen Moore, of Inverell, at the Assembly of God in Toowomba. Pastor A. Dunford of Inverell, officiated. This couple are assisting in the work at Inala, Q.
• Russell Buxton of Newcastle, to Elfrieda Artes of Cardiff, Pastor R. Moodie officiated at the Newcastle A. of G.
• Sontag Pardede to Rachelle Abraham, at C.B.C. Pastor H. W. Bartholomew officiating. Work in Indonesia is their objective.
• INNISFAIL, Q. Bro. Taylor has arrived to minister here.
• KINGAROY, Q. Graduate Bryan Scott is to assist Pastor Engwicht in this area.
• WYNNUM, Q. This Assembly opened their Church building on Saturday, February 19th. Pastor F. Lancaster, S.E. District superintendent, officiated. Pastor G. W. Cathie is in charge and covets your prayers for enlargement in the work.
• PROSERPINE, Q. Bro. Ian Jack, graduate of the C.B.C. is taking up ministry at this Northern sugar town.
• GROVELY, Q. Pastor Alec Alcorn has taken the oversight of this work in co-operation with the C.B.C. His address is 98 Fihelly Street, Grovely, Q.
• ENGAGEMENT is announced of Tony, only son of Mr. and Mrs. F. Innuzzelli, of Sydney, to Bronwen, eldest daughter of Mrs. H. Webster, of Brisbane. Both are graduates of C.B.C.
• CANBERRA, A.C.T. Pastor Ian Phillips has relinquished this pastorate and Pastor Stan Job is taking over.
• TULLY, N.Q. A keen band of folk here are hoping to announce the coming of a worker into their midst shortly and the establishing of a self-contained Assembly.
• MT. ISA, Q. Bro. George Ericsson, graduate and head student of C.B.C. for 1965, is to assist in the ministry here.
VISITORS FROM ENGLAND
Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd and Edith Davies, of Edinburgh will be visiting Australia from 20th May to 15th September this year. They would like to contact old friends during their four months' stay.
Mr. Davies was a member of Donald Gee's Assembly in Edinburgh in 1928 and has undertaken considerable preaching engagements.
